[RP TownTalk] no vote will be taken at the budget hearing

Personally, I'm really excited to see new sidewalks in my part of  
Riverdale Park.  Some of our streets don't have any sidewalks and  
I've nearly been hit in the street taking my daughter for a stroller  
ride.
