[RP TownTalk] recycling Coleman propane fuel cylinders?

Has anybody tried to recycle the little 1 lb. steel propane cylinders
used with Coleman and other camping stoves?

Googling got me to this flyer put out by the Maryland Dept. of the
Environment that says:
"Coleman Propane Cylinders are a single-use all steel cylinder that
can be recycled through most salvage companies."

Unfortunately they don't list any cooperating companies.  Anyone got
an idea? Thanks.
