Interesting. University Park hires its first public works director.

Mayor Tabori wants to have more time to focus on area development projects
such as Cafritz:

"Tabori said he wants to stay more focused on dealing with proposed
developments, such as the 35-acre Calvin Cafritz property in Riverdale,
which is almost directly across the street from University Park town hall.

"The land is now zoned for single-family homes, but developers want to have
it changed to mixed use. University Park will be affected by additional
traffic on Route 1. The new development means more traffic on Route 1 and
will make it more difficult for University Park residents to get onto Route
1."
