Neighbors,

The East Campus community input process has been on hold while the  
developer drew up plans that complied with the campus architectural  
board's desires. Hopefully they have also incorporated ideas put  
forth during the community input process and Doug Duncan's subsequent  
road show (he visited town councils in College Park and surrounding  
towns).

You can refresh your memory of those fun-filled meetings by visiting

should have helped the developer are also posted here. Please note  
that the guiding principles are a compromise document and that's why  
your presence at the Open House is important to the process.

The developer is working toward filing a preliminary detailed site  
plan for East Campus in early July with Park and Planning. Work is  
proceeding with the County and City on a $180 million bond issue to  
be financed with a TIF. Please read more about TIFs here.
