Really a shame that peoples' mail has gone walkabout; even more of a shame that filing complaints w/ the Post Office doesn't seem to do a lot of good!  Don't know how much good it will do, but if you're having problems getting bills, etc., it might not hurt to let your creditors, utility companies, etc., know that you ARE having problems in the event you don't get a bill.  Too, talk w/ your neighbors, at least you can help each other out and make sure any of their mail you get in error gets to the correct address.
