These are all good bakeries that we enjoy - but none of them is that
great in the bread department. I like a crusty sourdough with texture.
I find that there are relatively few bakeries that do both sweet
things and crusty breads well (our baker at the Farmer's Market in the
summer is a notable exception, as is Uptown Bakers.)
