thank you for the replies.
i was not here when the eviction took place, but from speaking with various
neighbors, i believe that the owner was not at home during the
eviction...such a shame!!!

his property was placed curbside, and i believe picked through by others,
and what remains truly is rubbish, especially now that it has rained and the
matresses are wet as is other debris. again, a shame.

a neighbor also sent me an email saying that on the day of the foreclosure
eviction, two men on the scene ----one representing the bank/lender, the
other from the real estate brokerage company had told her that a "county
truck" was supposed to remove all the curbside waste that afternoon.
Nothing happened. Then she noticed that our local waste hauler, Bates, kept
ignoring the pile on regular pickup days for about two weeks. She called
Bates ---- they said they're "not authorized" to pick up eviction waste
until the City of Riverdale Park tells them to. she took photos of the
curbside pile and emailed a letter to the RP Code Enforcement Office. She
was hoping they'd tell Bates to haul the waste away. The next day,an orange
sticker appeared on the door at 6103 44th Ave. ---- simply warning the
"property owner" of a code violation and potential fine. she also noted
that none of the property was tagged.

i just went to read the current sticker -it is dated 8/18 and it is from
code enforcement. it cites chapter 36 and says that the items must be
removed from the curb until pick-up is scheduled and that the pick-up will
cost $200 plus extra costs (am paraphrasing the notice from memory so may
not be 100% accurate.)

Thank you.
