[RP TownTalk] Fwd:[PEN] COMMUNITY ADVISORY - Two Citizen Strong Arm Robberies; Aid of Maryland State Police Helicopter

 drive through the park between Edmonston and Riverdale Park every afternoon. For the past two days there have been several park police out. It looks as though they are arresting suspects and questing people.  
Monday they seemed to be looking for people in the bushes by the river, had one man handcuffed sitting on the ground, and yesterday several cars surrounding a group of men parked in cars, and questioning one outside of a car.
Does anyone know what this is about?
I do not see any information about this on nixle
