And there's a link to the right of the original article that Melissa
posted that brings up a PDF of the proposal submitted to MNCPPC. It's
a building/zoning application so it's a bit dry.

My personal opinion is that I'd like to see development that is to
human scale, as opposed to these giant high-rises.
