[RP TownTalk] I have a question - dead squirrels

I saw a dead squirrel on the road the other day across from my house.  I didn't run over it. Later that day when I took my dog walking, someone put the squirrel in my yard.  How rude!  If they can pick it up, why couldn't they discard it?  Now that I have to deal with it (certainly can mow over it without being a mess), what is the rule?  Can I just put it in a bag and discard with the regular trash?
