[RP TownTalk] loud dogs in the am

I seem to remember that there is a special County committee that negotiates between neighbors with loud dog problems, etc.  I believe any problem that comes to them must result in binding arbitration.

I have the same problem with dogs across the street from my house the same side as my bedroom windows.  I to have tried everything including the installation of double paned windows!!  Of course folks had a problem with a wild guinea fowl that frequent my properties off and on requiring code enforcement to try and catch her (may she rest in peace) because of a complaint.  Maybe you should contact code enforcement so they can go by and speak with your neighbors.  Let me know, I may just do the same if it works out for you.

Subject: [RP TownTalk] loud dogs in the am

Hi All, 

My neighbor puts their dogs out early in the morning and then lets them bark excessively, waking up everyone in my house (anywhere from 5 am - 8 am).  They are too close to our house and too loud to drown out the noise or be able to sleep.  If anyone has dealt with a similar problem and has some advise as to how to handle it, I would really appreciate it.

(already tried noise-sensing anti-bark product, doesn't seem to help)
