[RP TownTalk] Road Anarchy, Queensbury & Rt 1

IIRC, then-Councilman Rob Oppenheim posted the multistep process  
reqired for getting RP declared an official "quiet zone" - when I'm  
home on thecomputer I'll see if I can find that in the archives.  
Pretty sure Rob thought it would take concerted effort AND years.  
(getting the newcrossing gates was the first, necessary step.)
