Friends,

On this item, it would be helpful for the Town to make a request to  
SHA in writing to add additional signage and markings on the street  
that indicate "Do Not Block the Box."  The photo should be included  
as well as any other data.  This type of additional signage/markings  
is used in DC and elsewhere and has been helpful.  The town should  
also request an examination of the timing of the lights to see if  
this could also help.

I will connect with RP about following up on behalf of the Councilman  
Olson, but it would be helpful if the request came from the town.
