$600 per month includes utilities. Located in funky, artsy Mount Rainier

Maryland (3 blocks from the DC line and close to Hyattsville).



Unfurnished large bedroom with two large closets for rent in beautiful Victorian

house. Available Nov 15th.



Walking distance to bus stop/depot on Rhode Island Ave. There are six bus lines

to the Rhode Island metro. Approximately 5-minute drive to both University of

MD and Catholic University/metro red line. Short drive to PG Plaza/green line

metro.



Looking for a stable, responsible, very clean and quiet female to share house

with female owner and two nice cats. Owner is allergy sensitive and looking for

someone who does not use scented candles, incense, air fresheners, perfumes,

etc.



Cable TV and internet provided. Off street parking in driveway. No pets, no

children, no smoking, no drugs please. Share bathroom, kitchen and washer

dryer. Employment, credit and background check.
