[RP TownTalk] field of dreams nets

I picked a really unfortunate day to out of communication, but now that my
system is working I want let you know what is happening with the Field of
Dreams safety nets.

Public Works ordered replacement nets as there was damage/wear to the
old nets.  The contractors put up the new nets recently, but incorrectly.
As you may recall, we are one of the unusual places that actually take the
nets up and down, based on whether they are being used or not.  The
contractor's installers apparently just assumed we were like MNCPPC, the
schools, etc and put the net up semi-permanently so it could not be taken
down by the teams/town.  We discovered this error yesterday and the
contractor will return and meet with our Public Works Director tomorrow
morning and get the nets installed correctly.

To my knowledge (and I have been driving by and watching fairly regularly)
the teams that have been using the field were utilizing the old nets
correctly--keeping them up only while they are utilized for play. I believe
that there will be much improved compliance on the part of the teams this
year as they are now used to the rules/regulations.
