[RP TownTalk] Queens Chapel Road

Let me know if I am missing this - but at the end of Queens Chapel is a curb which was just finished. Additionally, that intersection would become a five way at East/West. 
 
I'm not speaking on this as a pro- or con- issue, I'm just trying to get clear.

While opening it to traffic will not solve your multiple problems, it would give a little ease to the pain.
