[RP TownTalk] Cafritz Vote

Readers/contributors,
I have followed the Cafritz issue for a good while. I just read the vote 
information.
I have read all the other notes since.
If I may ask a question -
Now that the vote is done, can the town as a whole work together to work 
out the details that will make this a beneficial development for the town?
Real and respectful dialogue and real follow through are the two 
ingredients that I think are key.
We have a decision, we will all be impacted, how do we make the most of 
it, together, is the real charge for us/
