[RP TownTalk] Cable TV Franchise Fee

I am confused about your response.  Are you telling me that you never placed my formal complaint and request for an investigation to be conducted by Town Officials about being overcharged on the Cable TV Franchise Fee into any public record?  I have been writing to you and other Town Officials for two years about this issue. 

  

Why has the Town been so slow to investigate this matter.  Is it because the Town receives the revenue from the Franchise Fee?  By the way, what is the Franchise Fee used for? 

  

I was always taught, if you knowingly receive something that you are not entitled to, and continue to turn a blind eye to stop the improper entitlement, you are a committing a crime. 

  

I guess that I need to take my concerns to the Consumer Division of State Attorney Generals Office for investigation and resolution.
