[RP TownTalk] What is the proper course of action fir a concerned citizen?

The ugly scourge of advertising yard signs is always with us but seems to
be on the rise right now. Between home and the Dental Group where I am
right now I noticed 2 signs on Queensbury near Lafayette and 3 on
Queensbury @Rt 1. The usual "We buy homes" and such.I'm sure if i went out
on 410, I'd find more signs on the utility poles as well as yard signs.

Are we within our rights as citizens/neighbors to pick these up and deposit
them in the trash? Or should we call Public Works?

It's such an eyesore that really detracts from the beauty and appeal of or
town.
