The town has actively worked with Jey, encouraging him to develop that
property in a manner consistent with the zoning guidelines. Look at
the MUTC minutes and you will see exactly what they have tried to do
for him. The town has worked hard to give him explicit information
about exactly what he needs to do.

The town can't force Jey to comply with the law and file the requisite
paperwork with the planning board. Only Jey can do that.

How long do we have to wait for him to get his act together?
