[RP TownTalk] flash flood

Friends and neighbors,

I want to followup with you regarding the flash flood we experienced
yesterday.
After surveying areas along Wells Run, East-West Highway, and Taylor Road I
now realize that there is significant damage to property and
infrastructure. We are working with state agencies and the the county to
develop appropriate responses and to see what, if any, assistance will be
available to homeowners.

In order to help us, your town government, successfully help you we need
information to be sent to us. We have set up a special email account for
this situation, and ask that you send the following information to us:

name, address, and contact information
description of damage suffered on your property
photos, video tape, etc showing either your property, or the storm's result
