Not liking a 7-11 or using the fact there are other ones in the vicinity is not a basis from which an application can be opposed. If it's allowed, which a 711 is, there has to be technical reasons to disallow an application. The planning board as a matter of law cannot and will not consider comments that do not pertain to the identification of technical oppositions to an application.
