As someone who is not familiar with the technical aspects of these types of applications, what is an example of a technical reason/opposition? What are some of the factors that the planning board would consider to make this application a 'positive' to our community? Thanks.

If it's allowed, which a 711 is, there has to be technical reasons to disallow an application. The planning board as a matter of law cannot and will not consider comments that do not pertain to the identification of technical oppositions to an application.
