Our house had French Drain system, sump pump, when we bought it. We burned
through 7 pumps in 15 years because they run constantly. Called Mid
Atlantic after the last flood at midnight when my husband was out of town.
They did a great job assessing and solving the problem. We needed a second
pump, this one is ion based or something, battery back up. They also
enlarged our original pit. Haven’t had a problem since (knock wood if that
is your thing). Would gladly spend the $4k again without hesitation.
