[RP TownTalk] Non US voters

It would be a travesty to allow non US citizens to vote in RP elections. I am dumbfounded that the city council would even consider the idea. If they insist on pursuing the legislation, it is time for them to resign immediately.
Also the council person suggesting this legislation should be subject to a recall petition.
