[RP TownTalk] Town's planned sale of 4603 East West Highway

I saw in the November Town Crier that council approved a motion to
designate 4603 East West Highway as property no longer needed for a public
purpose and to make it available for sale.

Does anyone have any additional information on the property (e.g., why the
town aquired it, what it's zoned for, why the sale now)? Google maps shows
it as a lot between two existing houses off East West Highway.
