[RP TownTalk] Bates Recycling and Yard Waste

Bates just picked up my recycling and yard waste with the same truck.
Obviously, the recycling is going to the dump and not being recycle. What
is up with that? I called and reported this to 311. In addition, the
garbage man, threw away my yard waste container. I have used that container
(an old large rubbermaid container) week after week and never had a problem
before. This sucks!
