[RP TownTalk] Public Toilets

I think nothing is worse than having to
pee and be in a town with no public 
toilets.  Most places want you to be
a regular customer or at least buy
something before they will let you use
their restrooms.
 
I think it is the town's problem for not
providing public facilities.  The trouble
with the plastic outhouse, it is usually
in a out of the way place which means
keeping it locked when sports fields
are not being used.
 
I think we need to provide in our  town
budget for plastic facilites to be placed
out in the open & keeping them 
maintained  spotless in multiple areas
for homeless people & immigrants &
us.  We should pay a regular maintenance
fee for this.
 
I say out in the open for all to see so
there is no one living in it or doing other
'things in it except what it is made for....
that way it should never be locked.
 
But these plastic toilets are horrible
to look at - so maybe we need to 
have a contest to design a cover for the
plastic toilet - something that is nice for
all to see and not be ashamed to use...
like looking like the  English red
phone booth - put on our thinking cap
& see what kind would we personally
not mind going into while the world
walked by us   I think there should be
multiple ones together where we place
them - and maybe even where possible
have some type of spigot water to wash
hands.
