[RP TownTalk] suspicious activity?

I concur with Sarah it would be great to establish a formal
neighborhood watch. There is now a neighborhood watch coordinator
for this area of the county, Kim Lugo. I know she would be very
willing to come out for a meeting, if someone is interested in
calling her and coordinating an initial meeting. She can be reached
at 301-985-5476. There is also an upcoming county neighborhood watch
training in early June. I don't have the details at my fingertips,
but I'm sure Kim would know. Also, I'm not sure about RP crime
stats, but I understand that in general in the county May/June are
months which often see an increase in criminal activity.
