I mentioned before that I thought
town residents should have a say
if they were dreaming of having a 
business in the town center that is
appropriate for a historical district.
 
Maybe we should be encouraging 
small business wishers to consider
going in with others to make the rent
less:
 
Train hobby people with a complimenting
other hobby people or other similar supporting
partners. or sell train related rr. items. I am 
sure the Train hobbiest has great ideas.
 
Maybe the bakery, little ice cream parlor,card
shop & accessories, few antiques
   2 or 3 people sharing.
 
S& J's name maybe should be S&J  Sports Bar 
& Grill - seems like Sports Bar/Grills are all over.
Sounds nice.
 
Unisex Barber shop with Nail Salon in back
w/ole tyme barber pole in front.
 
Art supply store has been suggested w/mini
art gallery with works for sale - maybe offering
painting lessons or gatherings inside & outside
maybe promoting town people paintings for sale.
Maybe teaching children to paint for small fee.
 
I like Roland's idea of doing something with
science. Roland - let's expand on this idea
for people to think about.
 
I guess what I am getting at is our small
businesses in Town Center need to do other
stuff to earn money besides just retail. And it
needs to take place inside the store & outside
spilling onto the sidewalk on nice days.
