[RP TownTalk] Notice of code violation on my door.

I live in Brentwood and we have the same issue with code enforcement and
the first snow. EVERY year a notice appears within 8 hours saying I didn't
attempt to clean the snow after 24 hours, this is your only warning, and
the next one will be a fine. I always snow blow repeatedly with first few
hours of snow fall. AND my entire street receives the same warnings.
These notices should be worded a little more eloquently. A warning is a
warning, a fine is a fine, a friendly reminder to clean your snow should be
worded as a friendly reminder to clean your snow. simple and to the point.
